She has managed a diverse portfolio of communities, ranging from condominium associations, small-scale developments to large master-planned neighborhoods.

Osi has earned several professional certifications, including the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation and the Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation, demonstrating her expertise and dedication to the field.

Current Role and Responsibilities:

As a Community Association Management Consultant, Osi serves as a trusted advisor to community associations of all sizes and types.  She works closely with board members, community managers, and other stakeholders, including property management firms, to assess their needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop customized strategies and solutions tailored to their unique circumstances.
